Public Hearing re: Dam Safety Regulations
A public hearing was held on Friday, May 2, 2008 at the NYSDEC headquarters in Albany, NY. to discuss proposed amendments to the Dam Safety Rules and Regulations, 6 NYCRR Part 673.
Dam Concerned Citizens, Inc. submitted written testimony to address the proposed amendments to Part 673 Dam Safety Regulations recommending language clarification and modification, the addition to or deletion of specific portions of these proposed regulations.
