| The building consists of four apartments, each containing four bedrooms, one full bath, large living room and kitchen. The apartments are typically rented in groups of four students but can be custom tailored to the tenants’ needs. Off street parking, trash removal, snow removal, water and sewer are included. Tenants are responsible for utilities consisting of gas and electric. The heating systems use natural gas and are very efficient. Average total cost of gas, electric, cable TV and high speed internet is less than $100 per month during the winter. Each apartment has separate hot water and heating systems which enable the tenants to set their thermostat to suit their needs, not preset by a landlord. The apartments are unfurnished which allows the tenant to bring their own bedding and avoid a potential health hazards. A tour of the building is available by appointment seven days a week. We also encourage parents to view the building to insure peace of mind. Cash incentives are given to students who assemble groups to share a unit.
