The shed house has a brick veneer, wall junctions, and a gabled roof. It also has board siding (horizontally, vertically or diagonally). This house can have many different board sidings. This house has a lot of details.

A brick veneer is a block of clay hardening by drying a very thin layer of wood or other material for facing inlying. A shed roof is a slight or rude roof structure. A gabled roof is a roof sloping downward in two parts at an angle from a central ridge. You have two different roofs to choose from. A vertical roof is a whorl or circle, of leves etc., arranged around a point on an axis. A board siding is the broad siding of a piece of lumber.

This house came from America. The time period of this style is the 1960's to present. They chose this style because a lot of modern people wanted a different house. Another design consideration was for energy conservation.
